Include the game and exact edition

Select the topic, game and product in the support form. For compatibility questions, describe your operating system and game client. For an order question, include the order number from My purchases and explain what you expected to happen. Keep license keys and passwords out of messages.

Prepare a message with the useful details

The form prepares a message that you can copy; preparing it does not send a support ticket automatically. Product status, order information and the game journal are available through the shortcuts above. Password recovery is handled by the administration rather than an email reset link.
