Understand a product’s status before ordering
Statuses grouped by game
Choose a game to see its products together. Compare status, developer and product type, or search for a particular edition. Bleak, Arcane and Ancient statuses are synchronized with their developer APIs every minute. A last-updated time accompanies connected products; if the supplier data cannot be refreshed, the site marks the status as awaiting an update.
What the labels mean
Undetected is the developer’s reported status and does not guarantee that use is ban-free. Use at own risk identifies an explicit risk notice. On update, Testing, Detected and Retired indicate that the product should not be treated as a normal available purchase. The plan selector and checkout also verify current availability.
Developer availability and store risk notices
A provider can report that a product is active without assessing detection risk. VEIL keeps explicit product risk notices visible alongside supplier availability. An update or detection report takes priority over an older availability label. For a product already purchased, use My purchases for license information and support for your order question.
